Brands invest mainly in acquiring new contacts and immediate sales. Sales activation may have higher sales, but only one-time. On the other hand, brand building increases sales in the long term. The infinity of a company’s growth is hidden in brand communication. This was the main message of the lecture by Ondřej Kužílek, CEO and co-founder of Webscale.

3 main points you can rely on when sending emails

  • User attention – you have 8 seconds to fantuan database grab attention. Use a strong design supported by clear text. There must be a pearl at the beginning of the email.
  • Emotions – people are not tied to the brand name, but to what the brand does. Imagine what they will do when they receive your product. Show them where you were in the beginning and where you are today.

So what specifically does Ondřej recommend?

  1. Focus on the values ​​associated with your digital marketing strategies for universities: a guide brand and don’t be afraid to spend 10 months “just” building a relationship.
  2. Communicate values, emotions, and experiences gradually throughout the year; the customer needs time to identify with you .

Just because someone buys from you doesn’t whatsapp data mean they’ll talk about you. They don’t necessarily know how. Give them a hint. After all, every brand has a story, behind every company there’s someone with a past.

Effective email marketing with minimal costs

Lucie and Lukáš Koneční from LK Media showed us in a case study that e-mailing can be done even without deep data and RFM analysis . With a few automations and irregular newsletter mailings, the share of turnover from e-mailing can be quite high.

Lucie and Lukáš focused on their client’s mailings on various holidays (Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day, etc.), which bring in up to 80% of the company’s turnover. When it comes to automation, the biggest success is, unsurprisingly, the first purchase discount and abandoned cart .

On the contrary, quite surprisingly, the Koneční couple have a bad experience with lead magnets . The first attempt in the form of a magnet in PDF format brought 2,300 new contacts, but only 2 conversions. The second attempt then 500 leads and 1 conversion.
