Hi! It may sound trite, but I am inspired by 2 things: when something that didn’t work before starts working, and when my team succeeds in something that couldn’t work before! ????
Let me explain my answer: for example, in December 2024, we launched a large special project aimed at attracting new couriers to Dostavista — we saw a 30-40% increase in brandedMarketers in Mobile Spring queries and exceeded the plan by 2 times, despite an acute shortage of delivery workers on the market. As part of this special project, we made BTL with coffee and branded gifts for registering in the application; actively showed our ads in Yandex Maps to those who were building routes to/from the metro (at that time, the tool within Yandex became available for the first time and we immediately went into an experiment) and much more. For us, this was the first experience of such a large-scale non-performance activation. We decided to try new growth points — and it worked!

And about the team, everything is simple: at some point you understand that the achievements of the team/colleagues mean much more to you than your own – and you try to do even more so that your team grows and develops. In my opinion, the most important qualities with which you can conquer any peak are curiosity and a healthy sense of humor. ????
Curiosity opens up opportunities for building an infinite number of experiments and finding new growth points. My friends inspire me!
I have been lucky since childhood to be surrounded by incredibly talented and versatile girls, with some of whom I have been friends for over 25 years (that’s how old I am).
I admire that, having families, children and successful another effective way of cooperation careers, each of them has a huge number of interests and achievements. For example, one of my friends moved to Germany and got an education in German, the second one studies the history of Valencia and runs one of the most popular blogs about the region, the third one painted amazing pictures for my apartment! I think it is incredibly important that none of us have stopped there and continue to look for areas of life that we want to learn more about. That is why my friends are my biggest motivators!
And from motivation we move on to practice. Now a trend is developing towards a concept different from our already beloved work-life balance — work-life blend. What do you adhere to? And do you have your own life hacks on time management to be effective and not burn out in our dynamic industry?
